Cristina's Story

Cristina is a dedicated Iyengar yoga practitioner and is trained in Yoga for Back Care and Scoliosis. She aims to make yoga accessible for every age, body type and fitness level. Nurturing, inspiring and intuitive to her students’ needs, Cristina works with people with various conditions. She encourages her students to understand and learn from what their body is trying to tell them. She believes everyone can experience the benefits yoga can offer.
