Private Yoga Instruction
Private yoga sessions allow for an opportunity to tailor the sessions specifically to your needs. This is great for individuals with back conditions such as scoliosis, herniations or general back pain. We will work together on your goals based on your condition and any physical limitations, supporting you to progress in your practice. Prior to the initial meeting we will discuss any injuries and come up with a plan tailored specifically for you. All private sessions can be held at my small home studio or virtually.

Semi-private yoga sessions are another option for obtaining personal, individualized attention along with friends or family members. All semi-private sessions can be held at my small home studio or virtually via Zoom.
Alignment Yoga Classes
Group alignment yoga classes are designed with a sequence used to guide students through a safe and systematic progression. Clear demonstrations of the postures are used to develop the student's understanding of correct body alignment in each pose. All students are welcomed regardless of their experience, ability or physical limitations due to injuries. Props such as blankets, blocks, belts and chairs are used as an aid to deepen learning and adjust postures to individual needs. Through continued practice strength and stamina increases, stiffness lessens and relief is brought to aches and pains. Students develop awareness of the habits they form in everyday life as we focus on relearning our alignment and form leading to improved posture.
