3-Week Beginner Yoga Series begins January 11
This beginner series is perfect for those who have been curious about yoga but didn't want to walk into a class without any experience. In this three-week series you will learn the basics of yoga with other beginners in a welcoming environment. We will work on a complete yoga experience that combines poses, relaxation, breath work and meditation to revitalize the body, mind and spirit. Mats & props provided. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.
