Hello and Welcome!

If you are looking for ways to improve your mobility, stability and strength then you've come to the right place. Yoga is a great way to achieve those things.  It is a proven natural alternative to relieve back pain and stiff joints.  I often hear people say, “I can’t do yoga, I’m too… tight, weak, inflexible” (you name it), and I cringe because nobody is too stiff, too old or too tight to do yoga. It is extremely beneficial and an excellent aid to a wide variety of issues. Through the use of props, I work to make yoga accessible to everybody regardless of flexibility levels. You will discover increased strength and stamina, stiffness will lessen, and relief is brought to aches and pains. 

I teach group classes in both Beacon and Cold Spring, NY where everyone is welcomed. Each studio provides the necessary mats and props for class. Classes are designed with a sequence used to guide students through a safe progression, building and advancing on the postures. See below for a list of classes.

 

Private one on one sessions are a great way to introduce beginners to yoga who may be apprehensive about trying a group class.  They allow us to work specifically on your needs based on injuries or anything else you may have going on. I’m happy to work with you individually or we can arrange for a semi private with your friend or family member.
